Hello everyone I have this issue with my HP notebook. Someone borrowed my laptop he brings it back and didnt say anything was wrong. A few days later i go and turn it on and this screen pops up with this error.

So i've found on the net how to fix it but and I followed the step by step to fix this but can't figure out why i'm still

missing info or I entered it wrong out of 25 settings I have 3-4 missing or missed spelled. any help or ideas please

For a HP Notebook - 15-ba038ca (Touch) (ENERGY STAR) i'd be very happy to get this fixed i've been at it over 2 months

and the girlfriend is getting alittle moody because its her laptop. thank you for any info on how to complete the Bios issue.

Okay, there are two things you can try at this point.

You can use the HP Cloud Recovery Tool to get a fresh installation of Windows.

Try it out and see,

HP Cloud Recovery Tool - Aplicativos Microsoft Store

Secondly, you might want to install a fresh copy of Windows 10 but only do this if you are sure you want to install a new operating system.

I found an installation disk you can try. Let me know if you want me to share the link with you.

That would be greatly appreciated and I truly hope that will work out and thank you again..
