Warmest Greetings HP Community,

 

Can anyone assist me with locating the product key,

I no longer have the packaging for my HP laptop and I need to access Microsoft Word, which I can't do without the product key, I tried the product ID that I located in the settings but it wasn't long enough.

You time regarding this matter is truly appreciated

The Product Key for your laptop is the key needed to activate Windows, not MS Office.

 

That key is provided separately in the package that comes with the PC when you buy it from HP.

 

We have no access to that information, so you would have to contact HP Customer Service to see what they will do for you:
