I cant find my product key and I misplaced the box already

Hi:

 

The Windows product key is encrypted in your notebook's BIOS you do not need the product key to reinstall W10.

 

If you currently have Windows installed and working on your notebook, download and run the free Showkey Plus app from the Microsoft Store and it will show you the Windows 10 OEM product key and the version of Windows the key is good for.
