Your PC had to come with Windows from HP in order to use the HP cloud recovery tool, not FreeDOS.
If your notebook came from HP with Windows, you are using the wrong version of the HP cloud recovery tool.
You need to use the version for consumer class PC's which you can download from the Microsoft Store.

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.
This software will ask you to enter the product number of the notebook, not the serial number.

You need to enter the product number for your specific notebook.
AJ9P8AV is a general product number which covers many different individual product numbers.
You also have to enter the # and the 3 characters to the right of the product number in order to use the utility on another PC.

Hi @DrWasim I just wanted to jump in and provide an update: Product ID AJ9P8AV will be available for download through HP Cloud Recovery on May 14.
Let me know if you need any further assistance.
Take care, and have an incredible day ahead!

Hi Kuroi,
But I am facing another issue: I have tried different companies' flash drives for recovery, but unfortunately, none are being shown during the process. If you see the above screenshots, you can understand my problem.
