I did try my best, my computer have some physical issue with the touch screen, i bought a warranty with my computer for a 2 years all around protection. Unfortunatly, on the website it says my warranty is expired (I bought a two years warranty and i bought the pc in july 2018).
All phone services seems to be down, surely because of the COVID-19. I simply want to use my warranty but the Virtual Agent simply that my warranty is expired...
Anybody know a way i can contact them directly by mail, so i can by pass the non-usefull Virtual Agent?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
