Product is faulty still on warranty but website say otherwise

I did try my best, my computer have some physical issue with the touch screen, i bought a warranty with my computer for a 2 years all around protection. Unfortunatly, on the website it says my warranty is expired (I bought a two years warranty and i bought the pc in july 2018).

 

All phone services seems to be down, surely because of the COVID-19. I simply want to use my warranty but the Virtual Agent simply that my warranty is expired... 

 

Anybody know a way i can contact them directly by mail, so i can by pass the non-usefull Virtual Agent?

HI, i have the same issue. i bought OMEN by HP 15-dc1015nf to day and i have only 9 month of warranty!
