Product: HP Pro Tower 280 G9 PCI Desktop PC (4N4N9AV)

When i tried to create usb recovery with cloud recovery tool for my desktop 

HP Pro Tower 280 G9 PCI Desktop PC Bundle (6X3W4PA)#ACJ

it is showing invalid product id.

please resolve my issue

I believe Paul is correct about the business PC  but you might try the product ID 4N4N9AV#ACJ

which was part of the 280 P9 you listed.
