For background information : I dropped my laptop recently, off a low seat and it was in a rucksack so I'm assuming not much harm was done.
So today I try to use my laptop and it takes forever to even log in, and once I do , no programs such as Chrome or netflix would open, no matter how much I click them
. Also once the laptop goes to sleep, when I wake it the screen just goes blank and it shows the mouse, is there anything I can do to solve this?
