No matter how many times I reimage the device, it faults into home edition. It was purchased and running Pro.

Hi:

 

The product specs for your notebook indicate that it came with W10 Home.

If you upgraded to W10 Pro and reinstalled W10 you can do it a thousand times and you will always end up with W10 Home because that is the product key that W10 finds in the BIOS when it installs.

 

Microsoft should have a record of you upgrading to W10 Pro and if you go to the Microsoft Store you should be able to upgrade back to W10 Pro.

 

Follow the steps listed under the applicable section--if you have, or if you don't have a product key.
