Product: Pavilion i5t
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Warranty Manufacturer 13 Months. Service Type HP Support for Initial Setup. 2  Hours Remote Response, Unlimited Named Callers. I called HP Support the agent said the warranty only covers hardware problem. I have to pay for any software support.

Is this true there is no software support and the transfer is not included in the initial setup?

That is TRUE, the setup won't have that facility and warranty won't cover this. Please try

I have reviewed the other links before. Microsoft recommends PCmover Professional which I used on my custom built desktop upgrading from an earlier version of Windows.
