Product: HP Spectre Folio - 13t-ak000 CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

In June of 2020, I purchased the HP 3yr warranty extension. The new warranty never updated on my profile. I opened a case number and had it resolved. Now that I’m experiencing BIOS booting issue. 5.3 blinking caps lock, according to HP, my warranty is expired! Any advice on how to see this corrected?
