My hard drive pooped out and I can't recover from it so I need to know how I can get the windows 10 sstart up disk that they gave with the older pc

Hi:

 

Use another Windows PC and make your own bootable W10 installation USB flash drive with the media creation tool at the link below.

 

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
