No boot device found. I run quick test n got failure code

That failure typically means the hard drive has failed and needs to be replaced.  In order to verify what hard drive that laptop has, the full model number needs to be posted, as there are many HP 15-0xx.  Those xx's need to be numbers.

 

BTW: if you are interested in a speed increase, the hard drive can normally be replaced with a SSD, but post the complete model number.

Page 38 and following has the instructions on how to change the hard drive.  On that model the spec page lists the drive as a 1TB, which is fairly common and not expensive.
