I am not a PC repair tech by trade or training, but based on the report, I believe that either the processor or the system board have failed.

You're very welcome.
HP has a website where you enter the diagnostic failure code, and it generates the report.
Unfortunately, we were told that we cannot provide that website to anyone.
I believe the reason HP won't let us provide it is because it generates PC serial numbers and unscrupulous folks can use that information to submit fraudulent warranty claims.
You may be able to run one of the HP diagnostics tools to get similar information.
