HP ENVY Desktop PC TE01-2000i (1K4E8AV)

I  change standart RAM from 2x8gb to 2x32gb  KF432C16BBK2/64  but cant activate xmp profile for new RAM and got 1200MHz (2400MT/s)/
In UEFI even cant find any option to change it. How can I activate it or increase frequensy RAM?

Hi @pendulum683 

 

This model does not have BIOS compatible with XMP memories, I can only recommend you to try to return the memory and replace it with normal memories. That is the only solution you have

So no solution except change computer case and motherbord, right?))

the motherboard ?, but that is not convenient, the speed results that gives an XMP memory, is very little, than spending for an XMP compatible motherboard. that clearly will not get for your model, and if you get it costs as much as the PC.
