Hi:

You would have to contact HP in India to get recovery media if it is still available for your notebook.

Your original question was partially answered the other day...

https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Operating-System-and-Recovery/Provide-me-the-original-os/m-p/...

What you need to do is this...

Download the plain W8.1 ISO file from the link that was posted...

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows8ISO

Then use the Microsoft tool that I zipped up and attached below that you will need to transfer the ISO file to a DVD or USB flash drive, so that it is bootable.  Or you can use a free utility such as Rufus.

https://rufus.ie/

The Windows 8.1 product key is in the BIOS.

You should not be asked to enter a product key, as long as you have downloaded the correct version of W8.1 the key is good for.

Your notebook's specs just indicate W8.1 64 bit.  But it could also be W8.1 64 bit Single Language.  And we have no way of knowing which version you have.

If you are asked to enter a product key, go back and download the W8.1 64 bit Single Language ISO file and try that one instead.
