Hi:
From reading the report, there seems to be some confusion with what the recovery disks see as far as the operating system version. Talks about W7 Home Basic, not Home Premium.
If you can still read all 25 characters of the W7 product key on your PC's case, see if making plain W7 installation media works for you.
You can download a W7 Home Premium 64 bit ISO file from the link below, toward the bottom of the page.
I have zipped up and attached below, the Microsoft utility you can use to transfer the ISO file to a DVD or USB flash drive so that it is bootable.
After W7 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
Since the ISO file is a retail file, and the product key is OEM, you may have to use the Microsoft automated telephone activation system to activate the installation.

Hello,
Paul_Tikkanen
How are you?
You have really given a great reply, I am very much impressed with your reply. You noticed it right that Error file talks about Windows 7 Home Basic while I am trying to install Windows 7 Home Premium, but really I have another hard disk that has Windows 7 Home Premium running and Working fine, anyways I am attaching a link of the an Error File .SRD extension file for your further inspection, as I don't know How to attach this .SRD file here? Please check it and reply.Thank You.

You're very welcome.
I'm doing fine, and I hope you are too.
Unfortunately, I don't have any programs to read that file and when I used notepad, the report seemed to be in Chinese, which I cannot read.
Unfortunately, the only suggestion I can offer to you is what I already have.
99.9% of the time if the recovery media doesn't work, you will never be able to get it to work.
I have had HP recovery media not work on 3 different PC's, and I had to use generic Windows operating systems to reinstall Windows to get around the problem.
