Hi
On my laptop, there was a problem when loading - it says that the BIOS is damaged and the process proceeds to recovery, but even here it says that the file for recovery was not found. All recommendations of support such as holding down the windows + B or windows + V keys and pressing the power button do not help. To solve this problem, you need a bootable flash and the BIOS file itself, but on the official hp website in the BIOS firmware section there is only a BIOS update utility from under the operating system. I did not receive an answer to my question to technical support to solve the problem "Where can I find the BIOS file itself and the utility for creating a bootable usb-flash?"
Thanks!
