there are 541 Mb available on the Recovery (D:) disc out of 13 Gb.

What can I do?

Don't do anything.

 

Unless you inadvertently stored files in the partition that do not belong there (for example, you were using it for personal storage), the partition is likely just fine.  The partition is sized to fit the necessary recovery data and is not supposed to be much bigger than is necessary to hold that data / files.
