Need help. I made a recovery at a usb this is due to the touch screen not working. after the installation process, The recovery manager. appear as The Recovery Attempt has Failed. Select one of the following button, Save Log, Details and Retry. I press Retry and is showing required USB RECOVERY. after enter. it will go back again.
As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
