Hi 

I have 2 partition : C system and D my data , i try to fix some problem with this :

DISKPART

list disk

clean 

i dont know this steps format my partition 😞 i lost all my data 😞 , someone help me how to recover my pictures and videos .. plz

You should have researched DiskPart more BEFORE you used it.  When it starts, by default, it's looking at drive "0" -- which is most probably, the OS drive. So when you told it to clean, it did what it was told -- it cleaned the drive it was pointed to!

You MIGHT be able to do a factory reset if the Recovery drive is still intact.  To do this, press the F11 key repeatedly while rebooting and when the HP Startup Menu is displayed, select the option to Reset the PC.  This can take several hours to complete as it will erase and repopulate the entire drive.

If that does not work, then your only recourse would be to order something known as HP Recovery Media.  More on this below ...

HP Recovery Media is a set of DVDs and a CD, or USB stick, that will erase the hard drive (removing all data, settings, and applications, reinstall the original OS, drivers, and some HP Utilities.
In some cases, you may be able to order a USB stick instead of disks. You have to order these from HP; they can not be downloaded.

Once there, input your Product name or number. On your Software and Drivers Download page, select your Operating System and and Version. Click "Update". If HP Recovery Media is available for your machine, down near the bottom of the page, you will see an entry for Order Recovery Media-CD/DVD/USB. Click the "+" symbol to expand that entry and click on Order Media for details.

When you get the media, if it is a USB stick, insert it into your PC, pressing F9 to get a Boot menu, then select the External USB Hard Drive to boot from it.
