Hi:

 

HP no longer has recovery media for your HP 15-f222wm notebook.

 

The only place that I know of that sells a recovery kit for your notebook would be this vendor at the link below:

 

Computer Surgeons - Windows 10 Home - 64 Recovery Kit Part Number 855821-002 For Notebook PC Model N...

 

If you have another Windows PC, you can reinstall W10 for free by making a bootable W10 USB installation flash drive with the Microsoft media creation tool from the link below.   You would need an 8 GB USB flash drive for this.
