hola, quisiera reinstalar windows 10 desde usb con los controladores para una x360 1010A, escribo mi id y da error con lo cual no me deja desde la app de hp cloud recovery

Hi:

Your notebook is not supported by the HP cloud recovery tool.

It was made prior to 2016 and originally came with Windows 8.1.

Here is the link to the support page for your notebook, where you can install the drivers after a clean installation of W10:

thanks for your answer, but as I can install the drivers from dos, because the machine does not start windows and when I try to reinstall windows it tells me that a driver is missing, but it does not allow me to install it

You're very welcome.

Your notebook should not need any special drivers to install W10, so unfortunately, I don't know what the problem could be.
