I am installing a new 1 tera hard drive.
1. Where can I order the original System Restore Disks? (can't find on hp website)
2. Is that all I would need to restore the computer?
3. Is the Operating System included . the system restore disk set?

Hi, @Chefjake07
The HP cloud recovery tool posted above has absolutely no chance of working on your model.
That utility is only good for PC's that were built in 2016 or later.
HP normally only supports notebooks with recovery media for 3 - 5 years.
You can still order a recovery kit from this vendor who buys up the excess recovery media inventory when HP decides to discontinue direct sales.
It will be all you need to restore your PC's hard drive to its 'out of the box' condition.

Please use Cloud Recovery tool

You're very welcome.
It is possible that W10 might work because your notebook doesn't have the AMD/Intel switchable graphics.
Sometimes there are issues with the audio and wifi not working though in that model series.
What you can do is order the recovery media and install W7.
Then you should still be able to get the free upgrade to W10--even though the free upgrade period ended years ago.
See the info at the link below for more about this.
https://www.zdnet.com/article/heres-how-you-can-still-get-a-free-windows-10-upgrade/
If you want to give W10 a try, click on the blue Update Now button at the link below.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
If W10 doesn't work right, then you have 30 days to go back to W7 as long as you don't delete any of the upgrade files.
