My HP Laptop originally had Win 10 and was updated to Win 11 Home. I need to reinstall Windows altogether, for a fresh start, no recovery or reset, just reinstall. Microsoft advised to create Windows Installation Media tool (usb floppy) for Win 11, but I've tried reinstalling using that and it's not taking the install due to "no driver" found. I supposedly have the driver in a zipped file of drivers from HP Support, but my laptop won't recognise any of the drivers.
Any advice? I feel like it should not be this difficult to reinstall Windows, but apparently I'm missing something.
Should I try to reinstall Win 10 instead?

Floppy, what is it. They are no longer available for today machines. Can you still access to your machine now ? If YES, please do a very simple way
1. Download ISO file from Microsoft (same place above) and save to your machine
2. Mount ISO file then run setup.exe
3. Follow screen instructions
Regards.
