 I HAVE DONE:

  • DISC CLEAN UP
  • DELETED  ALL TEMP FILES
  • DELETED SOME APPS AND GAMES 
  • DELETED OLD PRINTER DRIVER
  • DELE
  • RAN DIAGNOSTICS TO FIX ISSUE

 

I need to go reset to original factory settings without deleting any necessary things needed to run properly. I want to keep windows 10 on it. because the HP Stream Notebook is SOLD!
