I forgot my sign in password of administrator account and i also lost my password recovery disc, but i have another account which is not administrator account but i know password of it

Can i reset password of administrator account?

Probably NOT -- as you would need Admin rights to reset the password of the account that is part of the Administrators group.

So what can i do now in order to use my laptop and i am not able to run new software through this non admin account, even i am not able to uninstall expired antivirus.

Can i format it? Or make new admin account?
