I am unable to find anything with the product number you have provided. There is something off with the NJ780EA that you have provided. Google does not even recognize it as existent.
Try typing system information into the search box and then clicking on the app that appears above.
Look at the system information list for the SKU and provide that here and then we will be able to help.
