Hello,
I hope someone can give me finally a solution, because the HP Support is not able to fix my problem yet.
About my problem:
Randomly (Not every time!) if my laptop reach battery of 30% or lower, the laptop shutdown. When I try to boot it again, it boot until the windows login screen and then shutdown again. I stuck here in a "loop" and it wont start normally, unless I plugin the charger once (or keep it). So for example I put in the charger for 2 seconds, remove it, then my laptop works normally again.
I´m using only original Drivers, I tried Clean install on Windows 10 & Windows 11. Everywhere the same problem. The Battery also got changed with a brand new one (Original from the HP Support guys). BIOS is also the newest one. BIOS Settings are default, nothing changed.
I will make a Video of this situation next time and edit it in this thread.
Someone got ANY clue what it could be?
