Have been associated with HP brand since last 6 years ; Just for the first time I felt the need of making an account ; Brought a new laptop about a month ago and was having some slowdown issue from its very first day , waited and updated and checked all setting and finally about a week ago resetted the windows and since then my laptop started freezing randomly anytime after 20 minute of startup and will take no input , I had to Hold power key and restart the laptop which takes unusually long after such freezing
I already updated drivers , BIOS , ran all components and system tests (both through HP hardware diagnostics as well as from BIOS menu) , coordinated and sent my IDR report in response of case filed
Tried to reach and started a case on HP Customer care but after a week of excuses now they ask me to go with my laptop to the service center (despite living in Delhi and claiming onsite warranty) which i can't as i am having my exams right now.
I feel very disappointed by such behavior by a brand to whom we share such an emotion
Please help me out!
