I'm haveing the same problem with Ven_HPQ&DEV_6007,   on windows 10, 1703,  haven't tested 1803 yet.

The HP 3D Driveguard Software protects the hard drive by parking the heads if the notebook is accidentally dropped, or is abruptly impacted by another object.

It is odd that it’s not listed in the available divers for the ProBook 640 G4,   althought I did find it in the Driver Pack this morning before I read this response.
