Hi ,
i have same problem, i have hp probook 640 g1 w7 32bit, i have downloaded drivers but i cant still connect to wifi, could you please help

Hi:
Go into the Windows control panel>programs and if you see any Intel wifi and bluetooth software, uninstall it, and restart the PC.
I see on your notebook's support page, that there are two sets of Intel wifi drivers.
You need the old version...the new version from 2018 does not have support for the hardware ID you posted.

Please post the hardware ID's for the Network Controller device and the other device that need drivers.

but i have got error:
