I didn't know you needed the driver for W10.

 

Download, unzip and run the setup application from the 1st file listed on the webpage...

Sorry Paul ,this driver does not work in windows 10,the control panel displays the message:"Starting the driver for this device has been blocked because it is known to cause problems with Windows.Contact the hardware manufacturer to obtain a new driver.(code 48)

I will add that in Windows 7 everything worked elegently,what do you say,

please help Paul.?

Hello Paul,

I have a problem with bluetooth device in my

HP 630 W10.

Generic bluetooth adapter ID:

USB\VID_03F0&PID_311D&REV_0001

Device Manager displays the message: Windows has stopped this device due to reported problems. (Code 43)

I will add that the same problem occurred in Windows 7.

Please ,give me some tips?

Hi:

 

It is the Atheros Bluetooth device that needs a driver, but I don't know how to fix it.

 

The W7 driver won't work on W10.
