I have the Same  question only my laptop is an HP 15.

In particular, I want to know how to get my Windows 10 and Microsoft Office back.

1. For Windows: You can use the following way to create installation media and install to your machine, machine will activate automatically.

 

          https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

2. For Office: You can re-install and have to contact Microsoft to get your backup key to activate
