I have had the HP Envy for nearly three years now and barely use it due to the trackpad issues. This is completely unacceptable and I will NEVER purchase from HP again. I can barely navigate my desktop using the trackpad. I'm disgusted with HP who has done nothing to fix this problem despite how long this notebook has been on the market.

If anyone would be willing to walk me through troubleshooting tips, I'd be very appreciative since HP themselves has no interest in helping their consumer.
