I have similar(?) problem with HP Pavilion 14-cesxxx which is Running Intel optane over SSD
BSoD INACCESSIBLE BOOT DEVICE never gathers diagnostic data, quick and clean power off manually and reboot just fine.
22 times since January. Sometimes in middle of anything, other times while left idle.

Please explain how reformatting my hard drive and re-installing the original WIndows 10 and drivers can resolve a problem that has been occuring ever since new, before any s/w updates, and continues to occur even after all the latest updates are installed?
thanks
