HP Omen and Linux ACPI Error: Method parse/execution failed

I bought almost the most expensive HP laptop in the shop (OMEN 17-CB0020NM) few days ago, but after a few unsucesful tries to install Ubuntu on it, I returned the laptop to the shop. Now they are trying to make it work with Ubuntu. If not, I will require to take it back and give me my money back. They simply don't have any other laptops with similar specifications in the shop other than HP's. I will then give my money to the other shop and buy a laptop from other company that will be compatible with Ubuntu. This should be my fifth HP in the row, but it looks it wouldn't be.

Oh, god... Got an answer from our local support today. I can not belive they are such Trumpists  explanation :

In the table below is the list of the operating Systems that have been tested on the unit based on maintenance and service guide

Other than that we cannot support any other OS or guarantee that it will work on that unit.

To get the answer to this question, we do no support the Linux operating system that is why it's not listed.
