If you're in the North Americas region that it is the correct no. The tech support can be called from 8 AM to 9 PM Eastern Time (Sun-Sat). When you get connected, it a voice IVR, you have to respond to a few questions to reach to the technical support team.
If you're in some other region then let me know.

Search for or download HP Support Assistant and complete manufacture updates. It will do updates for the driver. Device manager and OS updates will not look for HP's updates. Here is the link if not on your pc already, it's user fiendly to use:
