Hi @Raduionut,

I see from the post that you want to know how to enter into bios on your HP Envy Touchsmart notebook. Don't worry as I have a few steps to help you get through this concern,

Let's start off by performing a Hard reset on the notebook: A power reset (or hard restart) clears all information from the computer's memory without erasing any personal data. Performing a power reset might fix conditions such as Windows not responding, a blank display, software freezing, the keyboard stops responding, or other external devices locking up.

Turn on or restart the computer.
While the display is blank, press the f10 key to enter the BIOS settings menu.

Or While turning on the computer, start tapping Esc key continuously until you see the startup menu, On the startup menu, click on F10 to enter into the Bios screen.

Let me know if those steps worked for you.

If they did, that’s awesome!

Give us some reinforcement by clicking the solution and kudos buttons,

That’ll help us and others see that we’ve got the answers!

Good Luck.
