on reinstallation i get to the step that says  drive 0 unallocated space         29.xx mb      free space    29.xx mb and when i select next. i get the error message 0x80300002.  it also says cannot install checkyour media drive.

HOW are you trying to WIPE the laptop? Installing or reinstalling and OS does NOT do that.

From the message you provide, it looks like you are trying to reinstall an OS into a partition that has only a few MB of free space -- and that will likely NOT work.

If you really want to WIPE the laptop, you will need to use a third-party utility run from a booted USB stick -- as you can not do this either from inside Windows or inside the OS installer.

I am sorry I am trying to fix os not found. The amount of storage above should be 29   29 gb

OK ... then if all you are trying to do is reinstall Win10 on the Stream, it should be a simple matter of booting from the USB stick, starting the installer, and choosing the option to reformat the drive.  That will not be concerned with how much free space exists because it reformats the OS partition.
