Hi:
Here are the drivers for the Base System Device, PCI, Serial Port, PCI Simple Comms Controller and the Unk device (0004):
PCI Serial Port & PCI Sinple Comms Controller:
This package provides the Intel Active Management Technology (AMT) driver for the supported notebook/laptop models and operating systems.
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp44001-44500/sp44015.exe
Base system device:
This package contains the Ricoh Media Card Reader Driver for the supported notebook/laptop models and operating systems. The Ricoh Media Card Reader driver provides support for the following media: Memory Stick, xD-Picture Card, MMC, SD, and SmartCard.
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp45001-45500/sp45112.exe
Unknown Device:
This package provides HP 3D DriveGuard for the supported notebook/laptop models and operating systems. HP 3D DriveGuard receives notifications from the integrated accelerometer and protects the hard drive (HDD) by automatically "parking the heads" to reduce the risk of damage if the notebook/laptop is accidentally dropped or is abruptly impacted by another object.
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp64001-64500/sp64144.exe
The hp hs2300 HSDPA Broadband wireless module: I don't know if this driver will work, but give it a go...
This package contains the HP Wireless WAN (WWAN) Broadband Wireless Drivers for the supported notebook models and operating systems.
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp41001-41500/sp41206.exe
Now if the driver doesn't automatically install, or gives an unsupported operating system error, close out of any error windows and try manually installing the driver as follows...
Go to the device manager and click on the hs2300 HSDPA Broadband wireless module needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab, click on Update Driver.
Select the Browse my computer for driver software option and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.
That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp41206.
Make sure the Include subfolders box is checked and see if the driver installs that way.
If not, you can always go into the BIOS and disable that device. Should be under the device configuration menu.
It is for mobile broadband (cellular service) and the device is so antiquated it probably won't work with today's technology. Also there is no software that will work on it for W10.

All of the ones except for the broadband module will install just by running the exe files you download.
The broadband one might too, I just don't know.
But that would be the only one you would need to try manually installing if it doesn't.
