I installed ubuntu os on my windows laptop , i want to go back to windows os , i have a windows bootable usb but i am not able to get back to windows os , i don't have the recovery , how can i install windows by using the iso and usb

Hi:

 

You can use the HP cloud recovery tool and a 32 GB USB flash drive to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with the PC.

You can download the software from the Microsoft Store.

 

HP Cloud Recovery Tool - Microsoft Store Apps

 

Since you will have to use the utility on another PC, you will need to enter the PC's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media.

 

The PC's product number is:  9VJ83PA#ACJ
