I have hp 15-da0053wn it has windows 10 64 bit keeps trying to fix os  Has era message critical process died will not restore from image need usp boot disk what windows 10 do I need from Microsoft Nov of 2019 or just windows 10

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

 

The HP Cloud Recovery Tool allows you to download recovery software to a USB drive. You can use the downloaded recovery image file in order to install the Windows operating system.
