Thank you for posting in the HP Support Community, @Crumpldpapr67

I have checked the error code you provided and the problem seems to be that your memory (RAM chip or chips) module has failed.

Based on the specs you probably have total of 8 GB RAM in 2 chips (like 2x4 GB).

It could be just on them had failed, or it may be both of them.

You need to open your computer, get the faulty module out. If you have 2 RAM chips and with only one left, you may repeat the HP hardware test and see:

  • If they are both failed, you need to replace them both.
  • If only one has failed and the other one works, then keep the working one

You have to buy a new RAM chip of the same type. Currently you should have 8 GB DDR3 RAM, your new one must be the same:

  • DDR3
  • 8 GB (1x8 or 2x4)
  • same speed/frequency

More info here >> https://www.computerhope.com/btips/memory.htm

If you managed to start your PC you can check the current frequency of the RAM by using AID64 software >> http://download.aida64.com/aida64extreme_build_4557_mv3fjhs6wt.zip

However, based on the official specs, your PC should be using DDR3-1600 MHz  / PC3-12800 type >> https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DDR3_SDRAM

You can buy the memory from a reputable local tech store, order it online from somewhere, or check the HP Parts Store >> http://partsurfer.hp.com/

Here is a link to the official service guide for your PC model (check page 40/48) >> http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c03593682

Once you replace the memory chip, the issue should be resolved. Let me know if this helps.
