Support for Optane Memory

I have an identical situation.  My HP Pavilion hard drive failed so I took it to my local HP support center (UBreakIFix) and they replaced the hard drive and reinstalled the Windows 10 OS but I don't think the Optane drivers were reinstalled.  I can see a list of downloads at Downloads for Intel® Optane™ Memory but I don't know which one to install.  Can someone help?  Here's my system configuration:

Below is the link to the product specs for your PC.

According to the specs, your notebook does not have an Intel Optane memory module, just a hard drive.

Hi Paul,

My laptop has a sticker that says '16 GB Intel Optane Memory' (attached image).  Maybe that's just a generic sticker?  When I took my laptop in for repair, they also said it contained an Optane memory card and said they could replace the failed SATA drive with an SSD drive but they weren't sure how to configure the Optane memory and said I should contact HP Support.  The SysInfo says my laptop has 16 GB flash cache, not sure if that's referring to Optane or something else?

Just checked online and the CNET specs for my model also lists Optane as part of the configuration:

SSD Cache: 16 GB 3D Xpoint (Optane) (PCIe)

Yep, you are quite right.
