@ Paul_Tikkanen. you helped me before can you help again?  Having installed a new hard drive and extra ram my comouter should be good as new. However, I am a PI so some of the work I do could be a little dicey for a computer as well as the storage. I can fill up storage quick, as some of the work does require recovery processing of phones and comouter, cameras, etc. Anyway, my compouter suggested a repair and now it wont get past the blue restart screen with the frowniy face. .

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer, would be to reinstall Windows using the bootable installation media that hopefully you still have.

 

If you need to recover any files, when it asks, where do you want to install Windows, let it install over the current windows partition, and it will create a windows.old folder.

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can copy and paste the files from your old user profile to the new one.

 

Then you can delete the windows.old folder using the disk cleanup utility>cleanup system files button on the lower left side of the disk cleanup window.
