Hi:
Not sure why none of those drivers worked for you.
Are these the specs for your notebook? There are none from HP...
| Name | HP Pavilion 13 b000 series (13-b000ej) |
| Processor | Intel Core i3-4030U with Intel HD Graphics 4400 (1.9 GHz, 3 MB cache, 2 cores) |
| Screen | 33.8 cm (13.3“) diagonal HD LED-backlit (1366 x 768) |
| RAM | 4 GB |
| HDD | 500 GB 5400 rpm SATA |
| Optical Drive | Unknown |
| Graphics | Intel HD Graphics 4400 |
| Network | Integrated 10/100 BASE-T Ethernet LAN RJ-45 802.11b/g/n (1×1) |
If so, the only other suggestion I can offer would be to try these drivers directly from the hardware manufacturer's sites...
Chipset: Install and restart the PC. The auto install file is the 2nd one down on the left side of the page.
Graphics: Install and restart the PC. 1st one on the left is for W7 x64
Audio: Accept the agreement. Download and install the 64 bit driver and restart the PC.
Ethernet: Download, unzip and run the setup application from the W7 driver (3rd one on the second section) at the link below...
SD card reader: Download, unzip and run the setup application from the 1st driver listed on the webpage...
USB 3: Download, unzip and run the setup application...
Touchpad:

Wifi: I don't know what model wifi adapter your notebook comes with, so please post the hardware ID for the device you see listed in the device manager labeled as a Network Controller.

Hi:
Try the W7 drivers and software from the 15t-j100. Do not use the BIOS or firmware files.
