hp pavilion dm4-2180us I bought this laptop in 2010 for school and have used since. Windows 10 has been trying to automatically download and install but unable to. Im guessing cause my pc is to old. Today i guess it finally has installed windows 10 and now it keeps reseting with a message on the desktop stating " runtime error!  program: C:\\windows\explorer.exe

this application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the applications support team for more information".   I need this fixed asap as I have assignments to complete.  Thank you!
