I have replaced my HD and re-installed my OS with no problem. My problem the original laptop had windows essentials software which I cannot recover and also installed most of the SP files from my support page but ArcSoft Total Media Suite is missing and cannot locate where to download. Can you help.

I don't see that HP carries W10 recovery media for your model.
The link to order would have been listed as the last item under the W10 driver section on your notebook's support page.
Your notebook must have originally come with W8.1 from HP as can order W8.1 recovery media for your model from HP on the W8.1 driver page.
However, you can reinstall W10 for free as follows...
You can make a W10 USB flash drive installer with the Microsoft Media Creation Tool, using an 8 GB flash drive using another Windows PC, if your PC is not working.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
If you are asked to enter a product key during the installation process, select the 'I don't have a product key' option, and W10 will install and automatically activate once you are connected to the internet.
Here are the steps to create the W10 USB flash drive installer...
Select Download tool now, and select Run.
If you agree to the license terms, select Accept.
On the What do you want to do? page, select Create installation media for another PC, and then select Next.
Select the language, edition, and architecture (64-bit or 32-bit) for Windows 10. You want 64 bit.
Select which media you want to use:
USB flash drive. Plug in a blank USB flash drive with at least 8GB of space. Any content on the flash drive will be deleted.
Then you can reinstall the drivers and available software from the PC's support page.

Hi:
Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to help you with finding that software.
No one can help you with the Microsoft Essentials software because Microsoft discontinued support for it a couple of years ago, so it is no longer available for download.
The only Arcsoft software I can find is the one for the blue ray player...
This package provides an update for the ArcSoft TotalMedia Theatre 3 Blu-Ray Player Software. This package is available on supported notebook models running a supported operating system.
