HELLO SIR,

i'm having hp 15 bs 646tu

after dowgraded to win 8.1

i cant see wifi option or icon and usb ports are not working

having the following issues on device manager

You need these drivers for the hardware ID's you posted...

 

PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_D723:

 

This package contains the DCHU driver installation package for the Realtek RTL8188EE, RTL8723BE, RTL8723DE, RTL8821CE, and RTL8822BE wireless LAN Controller in the supported notebook and desktop models

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_9D3A:

 

This package provides the Intel Management Engine Components Driver for supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

There are no standalone USB drivers for W8.1.

 

All USB ports should be working automatically.

 

The only suggestion I can offer for that, would be to install the latest chipset driver from Intel at the link below...The 2nd file down on the left side of the page is the auto install file.  Restart the PC after installing the driver.
