diagnose:

Windows10 doesn't start, i'v tried to re-install using a USB boot drive (created with Microsoft media creation tool). This option failed. The windows-partion is gone (after clean format).

HP System restore (f11 > Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > System Restore) doesn't work.

 

problem:

I can't find the resources to make a HP-system recovery USB-drive. The recovery partition is present on my hard-drive but i'm unable to recover is from the recovery-partition. 

 

Please help me with clean re-install from usb-drive or recovery partion.

I was unable to find a cloud recovery but I was guessing at your product ID

Go here, put in your full Product ID, and see if you have cloud restore.  

 

If you do not have cloud restore then try this app

This package provides an update to the HP Recovery Manager application for supported models that are running a supported operating system. HP Recovery Manager enables the reinstallation of original drivers and applications, and creates recovery media to restore the system to factory state. Recovery manager also allows you to recover your system directly from the recovery partition
